Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds:
- Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and approved.
- You’ll be notified via WhatsApp or email once your refund is initiated.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your payment method.

Exchanges:
- We offer free exchanges for size or color issues.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
